Because let’s be honest, buying a house and moving IS stressful! 😰
So, you tend to have wayyyy less competition than in the spring and summer. 🤺
Also, most sellers wait until spring if they want to get top dollar, so if they’re selling in the winter it usually means they need to move NOW. 🚚
So they’re sometimes a little more willing to negotiate.💲
