I’m honestly having so much fun doing this — I didn’t know anything at all about real estate (other than trolling zillow all night long…you know who you are) but when I got obsessed, I got OBSESSED.
The Los Angeles Public Library was missing all its real estate books for months while I read them all!
And now I get to do this every day, with friends and friends of friends and new folks, building relationships and helping get ppl’s money right.
