This home was a unique property in Bellflower, which was zoned both commercial and residential and had been used as a shop. The owner converted it back to a home, and used it as a great single family rental for years.
It was time to 1031 exchange into a larger property, a 4 unit closer to home. So the sellers got this place painted and cleaned up, and ready for a homeowner!
We had a relatively smooth escrow, a little delayed but worth it for the buyers to use the CalHFA down payment assistance program (ask me about their 3% down program!)
