LA is the least affordable market

Real Estate for Social Good

Los Angeles is the least affordable market in the country.

Despite a median household income of $62,142, a family in L.A. would have to spend 85.60% of their annual income to own, or $4,433 per month in dollar terms.

For this reason, I help people think about strategies to make housing more affordable in this market, like house hacking and ADUs.
