You may want to stay close to where you are currently. That might mean looking at condos or townhouses.
You may be okay with living further out, in exchange for getting a single family house.
It’s all up to you, and we help you get there!
So – we start with your numbers. This is going to be the most important thing, so you are not overstretching yourself financially.
Then we do location. We keep it broad at first, then we can start narrowing it down from there!
Numbers is usually #1 for people, then location.
Ultimately it’s your choice what you want to prioritize, and we help strategize to get you there!
