I am about a third of the way toward my goal and I’ve got 4 more years to get there!
My rentals pay me via check but now I invest passively in real estate syndications which allow me to own more cash flowing units with less time invested! And I get paid via ACH hehe.
But not gonna complain about these lovely rent checks!!!
