Sammy Lyon got hooked on real estate totally by accident, and now runs a successful real estate business in Los Angeles, CA.
Sammy first learned about real estate from a co-worker who mentioned something called “house hacking,” which means you buy a property and rent out units or rooms to make it more affordable.
Sammy got obsessed with all things real estate while still working in a decade-long career in education, and started investing in out of state rental properties before being able to buy a house hack in Los Angeles.
Now Sammy buys apartment buildings in LA for rental income and aims to be financially free by age 40. Sammy is a licensed realtor who helps people get into real estate investing, level up to their next property, or buy their very first home.
Sammy loves working with first time homebuyers and showing people that it’s possible to buy even in expensive cities like LA!
Lately, Sammy has been scaling the realtor business by building a dedicated team of agents, and shares educational content on social media. Sammy loves being a realtor and entrepreneur, and is also still very committed to the goal of financial independence retire early (FIRE)!
