Oh man, what a week!
I am so stoked for these buyers to open escrow. They have been wanting this for a LONG time. And then, when we started looking seriously, it happened FAST!
Like, 1 week fast….
When it’s meant to happen, it does.
I am so excited for these two to find a place to call home. As usual, fingers crossed for inspection day, but I’m a perpetual optimist!
