This is such a great way to buy a first home.
It’s not for everyone, but I’m so proud of these buyers for taking the leap and making it happen!
It was an interesting escrow, with lots of twists and turns. Almost a comedy of errors! And at each step of the way we checked in, and they were still in. 💯
I always want to make sure people are feeling good… because we can always back out if it’s not feeling right. This is a big purchase and at the end of the day YOU’RE the one living there, not me!
