Just closed! I met this amazing couple from a personal referral on the interwebs, believe it or not.
They had already been through 3 realtors, with challenging experiences on each try. We had an amazing first conversation together, and I was so excited to meet them! A week later, their dream house popped up!! We rushed over there immediately and after some creative problem-solving with the listing agent, we got their offer accepted.
They didn’t think it was possible to buy a home in LA. But they were persistent, motivated and just amazing to work with.
There were def some tears when we transferred keys. 😭😭😭
