Boy, this one was an adventure! They’ll definitely have some stories to tell about it!!! Here’s just a taste…
1) Moving out of their apartment during escrow, but then..
2) Getting stuck in 4 months of probate from the seller side!
3) Delayed court dates, uncertainty…
4) Going to see a million more houses during escrow, but still loving this one the best. ❤️
5) Watching interest rates rise during their escrow, and negotiating for the seller to pay their rate lock extension…while
6) Traveling and doing a remote closing over 3 different time zones!
Wowee!
This home is part of their gorgeous land vision together. 🌳
So long ago now, we first talked about their dreams of creating community farming space.
Back when the market was even more heated, we really got our butts kicked. So many offers, nothing accepted. 😩
Until we stumbled on this fixer house with mature trees and land.
And managed to snag it among many other offers!
Then settled in for an unexpectedly longgggg escrow…
What a treat to see my clients realize their visions together in this way.
I am so proud of them and so excited to see this place transform. ❤️
