Congrats to my buyer for getting to closing day on his first home! 🎉🎉🎉
We had a few twists and turns on this one, such as an appraisal not coming in at value, and repairs needing to be made. 🔨
We were able to negotiate a price reduction, as well as seller repairs. 💰
We also were able to use the Dream for All program, which lent the buyer the 20% down payment at 0% interest. 🏦
So there were a lot of moving parts, but he was persistent throughout and made it happen.
Overall, it’s a fantastic first home, and I know it won’t be his last! 🏡🏡🏡
So proud of him for seeing an opportunity and taking it before it was gone! And for calmly making it through a slightly more complicated escrow than usual.
