When we first talked she had not thought this was possible for her. ❌

And then, ON CLOSING DAY, we found out there was a confounding issue with the title that needed to be corrected before we could close. Every condo in the complex had the wrong title! It was a total mess. 🧩

And of course, it happened on her first home. 😖
It took a whole week to get this offer accepted! …and then a whole 3 months to close. 🤦🏽♂️
But, it worked out great in the end — and ended up being a better deal as interest rates have been coming down. 📉
