Congrats to my clients for closing on their new home!
We were coordinating two escrows at the same time — selling their condo and purchasing their new home in that same timeframe.
We were lucky to have patient people on both ends. My clients were so on top of everything, getting everything to the lender, making repairs, and we requested repairs and credits on the purchase as well.
Closing day was quite a project with everyone working together to close on time for two different properties. They were great at rolling with the punches, and everything was done in time for moving day!
So excited for that big yard for their pup, and the gorgeous kitchen for the many meals to come.
This was a definite upgrade, and a testament to the power of real estate.
They did a great job remodeling their condo, selling it after a few years and buying this gorgeous renovated Spanish style single-family house.
