Whoa this one was a rollercoaster of an acceptance!!
Congrats to my buyers for beating out all the other offers with their determination and quickness! 🎉
We were dealing with multiple time zones, flights and getting back counteroffers before anyone else, so we got accepted first even while not coming back with the highest offer.
Phew! There was a day or so of limbo though between LA and Europe and I’m so grateful / proud of the buyers for hanging in with all the emotions!!
We had gotten beat out just barely on another unit, then this one opened up and they liked it even better! And we had to fight for this one too!
Bidding wars are no joke y’all.
But we keep a clear head, double check the numbers, and feel into what is right.
I am SO excited for this one, fingers crossed on inspections as always, and this will definitely be a story to tell if all goes well, since there will be a gorgeous WEDDING in the MIDDLE of escrow! Lol, just to add some excitement to the process. 😂
