I had the pleasure of working with Fiona on our latest closing, after we did a live Q&A workshop on down payment assistance together (replay link in bio!).
She is phenomenal at problem-solving with clients and meeting them where they’re at so they can achieve their goals. She’s not about making the sale or qualifying people for the maximum mortgage they can possibly afford — she is about having a conversation on what monthly payment is going to make sense for folks when planning to buy a home or refinance.
This is SO helpful to me as a Realtor, since I know that with her as the lender I am able to help my clients find a house that is going to fit their budget and goals, and not overstretch them.
I look forward to doing a lot more workshops with her and getting folks into houses building equity.
