Sammy Lyon is passionate about food and gardening, and integrates service learning, media and sustainability education in schools. She also makes short educational films that highlight the important work organizations are doing to create positive change in their communities. Sammy earned an M.A. in Education, Leadership & Change from Antioch University and lives in her native city of Los Angeles.
