For new folks on here, I figured I’d share a few things about my real estate journey so you get to know me.
I’m super excited to help you buy a home when the time is right!
1) I was an educator for over a decade before getting into real estate. Never thought I’d go over “to the dark side,” 😂 but it has actually been awesome to work with folks on securing their housing!
2) I commit 5% of all my gross income from real estate to racial & social justice work.
3) I bought my first investment property in 2018, and scaled to 10 units in 10 months without having any previous experience in real estate.
4) I’m passionate about “house hacking,” down payment assistance and other ways to make housing in LA (slightly) more accessible to all.
5) My goal is to become work optional by 40 with cash flow from real estate investing, and gain 100% freedom over my time.
6) I work with first time homebuyers and investors and everything in between. All over California and even out of state.
