This unit in a co-op in Baldwin Hills with such a little gem. I was hoping someone I knew would buy it!
We made a competitive offer — again, not the highest, but the most persistent and communicative.
It took a few days of back and forth with an out-of-state seller, but we won!
And even while we were in escrow, we took the buyer to see other homes just in case to avoid FOMO.
This one just kept being the winner! 😜
Because it’s a co-op instead of a condo it came with slightly more paperwork than usual, but everyone handled it well and the listing agent was a fantastic communicator.
