I loved how decisive they were.
We went from initial phone call to opening escrow in like a week and a half!
The buyers also had a special place in my heart — both of them are teachers <3
They knew what they wanted and saw a place and knew it was the best one and made an offer.
It wasn’t the highest offer but we were able to get it accepted by having the best terms and communicating with the listing agent.
They saw clearly that this was a stepping stone and just wanted to be done renting asap!
I’m so proud of them for their super chillness throughout! We had a slightly longer escrow than expected because the CalHFA down payment loans are a little backed up, but everything was super easy and we got green lights all the way through.
Don’t get me wrong, we can handle difficult escrows, but when we have a flawless start to finish it’s always a relief!
